I've spent countless hours in my nutrition clinic working with women (and the odd fella) to undo all the detrimental misconceptions of what going "healthy" and low carb means.
No, it is not going Keto only to gorge on bacon and cheese. And its definitely not about forcing yourself on the Atkins diet (when you don't urgently need to lose weight to save your life or for surgery). Or the latest spin on either of these. in fact, a healthy, lower carbohydrate diet isn't even a "diet", its a lifestyle, a mind shift, and a common sense, science backed approach to food and nutrition.
