Session Details

A hyper-focused 60-Minute 1:1 Consultation to discuss your individual health and wellness situation and create a plan of action. You call or online consultation includes a 60-minute, private consultation to assess your unique health needs and provide practical direction on the necessary lifestyle changes required to start seeing positive change. After your session, you'll walk away with a much clearer sense of what needs to change, and fully understand you need to next to achieve your health goals!

Cancellation Policy

𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 Please be on time for your scheduled appointment time. If you answer late, we cannot make up the time as we have other clients in the queue. If you do not answer at your appointment time, you will be given a grace period of 5 minutes to get in touch. We understand that Life can be unpredictable. A minimum of 48hrs notice is required to reschedule so we may offer the appointment time to another client on the waitlist. Cancellation penalties may apply. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿 Before starting any new health or diet program, always consult your GP or Health Practitioner to see if the program or lifestyle changes are suitable for you.
