Hello! I'm Emma Lisa, author of That Whole Food Low Carb Life! cook book. I am also the founder of Eat Nourish Glow, creating and sharing whole food based recipes, meal plans and cookbooks for healthier living. I specialise in nutrient-dense, real food cooking with a focus on low-carb, and plantbased recipes.

As a Health & Nutrition Practitioner, I own and run a Nutrition Clinic (now fully online). I practice as an executive member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists with an Advanced Certificate in Nutrition & Health Coaching and Certificate III & IV in Fitness.
