Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing EatNourishGlow.com.au (the "Site").

 

The Site is managed by Emma Lisa (the "Practitioner"), a Sole Trader with ABN 74184814925, operating as an Australian Women’s Health Practitioner. These Terms govern your use of the Site, its content, and the services offered by the Practitioner.

 

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Practitioner’s services.

 

2. Site Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site or receive services.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws.

  • All content on the Site is provided “as is” for informational purposes. Before purchasing any products or services, you should read full descriptions and health disclaimers and consult your GP or treating physician if needed.

 

3. Communication & Emails

By subscribing to the Site or any opt-in form, you agree to receive promotional materials from the Practitioner. To opt out please do one of the following:

  • Email info@eatnourishglow.com.au with the subject “Opt-out,” or "Unsubscribe"

  • Use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any of our emails, or

  • Reply “Opt-out” to any SMS

Unsubscribing may take up to 48 hours to take effect and to be removed permanently from our database. If you change your mind, you will need to re-subscribe to re-join the mailing list(s) as a new user.

 

4. Payments

  • Payments for digital products, services, or courses are processed via Wix and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you authorize the Site and Practitioner to provide necessary details to these third parties.

  • You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all information supplied is accurate.

  • Payment plans (3-month or 6-month coaching) are automatically charged on the agreed schedule. Failure of payment may result in removal or cancellation of access, but you remain responsible for the full amount.

  • In some rare and unique circumstances direct payments offline can be arranged on a case by case basis with terms agreed upon prior to billing or payment.

5. Product Delivery & Shipping​

  • After purchase, you will receive a confirmation page and an email from us with your purchase details.

  • You may also receive:

    • Direct download links for digital products (PDF)

    • Booking confirmations and important session details

    • Links to complete confidentiality agreements or assessment forms

    • Follow-up emails, session reminders or other email/SMS communications

All products, services, courses, and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment plan customers agree to all future payments upon initial purchase. In unique and rare circumstances, refunds may be made on a case by case basis.

6. Pricing & Service Changes

The Practitioner reserves the right to:

  • Change prices or services without notice

  • Limit or suspend access to services

  • Terminate services temporarily or permanently without liability

7. Booking Cancellations​

  • Please contact the Practitioner at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  • Late cancellations require at least 48 hours written notice and may incur up to a 50% penalty fee.

  • If the Practitioner cancels, you will be offered the next available session or compensation at the Practitioner’s discretion.

8. Affiliate & Third-Party Links​

  • The Site may include affiliate links or third-party recommendations.

  • Commissions may be earned if purchases are made via affiliate links, at no extra cost to you.

  • The Practitioner is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites.

  • Clicking affiliate links is optional, and you are responsible for performing due diligence on external products or services.

 

9. Ownership & Intellectual Property​

  • All Site content, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and other intellectual property, belongs to the Practitioner unless stated otherwise.

  • Users may not sell, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

  • Stock photography may be used under license from AI, Canva, Freepik, Pexels, Pixabay, Unsplash, or purchased with full commercial rights.

  • To request permission for content use, email info@eatnourishglow.com.au with the email subject "Photography Permission Request" and include full details of the intended use, including where and how the content will be displayed. backlinks etc.

 

10. Assumption of Risk

By accessing the Site or services, you assume all risk for any actions taken based on information provided, whether paid or free.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Practitioner and the Site from any direct or indirect losses, including those arising from technological failures (e.g., payment processor or system errors).

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner and the Site are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, goodwill, or data

  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content

  • Personal injury or property damage from use of services

  • Unauthorized access to or use of secure servers or personal information

 

13. Right to Change Terms

The Practitioner may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

14. Code of Conduct

The Practitioner is a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), bound by its professional Code of Conduct, and fully insured to practice within her scope.
