What kind of programs do you offer?
In our nutrition clinic we offer a unique approach to nutrition with private 1:1 sessions, online lifestyle coaching, and meal plans purposely designed to help women feel confident, energised, and nourished...without the overwhelm. Browse here.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure a spot and avoid the waitlist. Clinic appointments fill up quickly with current clients; please plan ahead.
What do I need to do before sessions?
Before your session, you may need to complete a brief intake form + questionnaire. This details your goals, lifestyle habits, and any challenges so we can customise your session and improve outcomes. You'll also need to complete a client agreement.
