š©š»āš³ GETTING STARTED:
The Cookbook and meal plan has been specifically planned to provide high-fibre, high protein foods to help manage food cravings, balance your blood sugar levels, and boost energy naturally. This approach to clean eating is a great eating habit to get yourself into, and supports those people with insulin resistance, stubborn belly fat, on a weight loss journey, and those with hormonal imbalances due to peri-menopause or menopause.
š¦ REMINDER:
You must hydrate well, and drink extra water every day while on the challenge. I highly recommend up to 3 litres of water per day to help flush out toxins, support healthy gut function and support your increased fibre intake. This will help avoid constipation or IBS issues.
