Since the design service is dependent on the Client's communication of personal preferences, refunds may be issued on an individual, case by case basis in circumstances of conflict or disatisfaction. There is a strict limit of up to 3 edit revisions. Warning: all work commissioned is internationally copyrighted until handover, and if the design job is terminated, cannot be used.
