We're not the only ones with amazingly healthy and delicious recipes, so this is the place you can all share and swap your favourite family recipes! I'll start us off with one my favourite high protein snacks that it also bursting with vitamin C and dietary fibre... Strawberries & Chia Coconut Cream For this you will need 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt or Coyo, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp shredded coconut. Chopped the berries and add to a small bowl or ramekin with the yoghurt. Sprinkle with the chia and coconut, and enjoy!
