In this Phase 2 Guide, we’ll explore how to cut back on sugar in a realistic and doable way. You don’t need to go cold turkey or feel like you're missing out. Instead, I’ll show you how to make simple yet clever swaps that still satisfy your taste buds while supporting your health goals.

- delicious alternatives to your go-to sweeteners and snacks
