Phase 1 is designed to help you gently but confidently become fully aware of how sugar been showing up in your everyday life. By the end of this first step, you’ll be more mindful, feel more in control, and be better equipped to make more nourishing food choices.
Inside this Guide, I’ll walk you through the benefits of quitting sugar, not in a fear-based way, but with empowering insights that help you feel excited about what’s ahead. We’ll unpack all the sneaky names sugar hides behind on labels (spoiler: there are a lot) and uncover how sugar has been hiding in your daily meals without, and sometimes without you even realising. This isn’t about restriction, it’s about awareness and food freedom.
