Master Habit Stacking & My Sticky Formula

In Week 1, you'll be learning about what habits are and how to go about creating new ones. I'll also help you master "habit stacking" and teach you how to apply my "sticky formula" to building new habits.

Reflection Exercise

During this program, we're going to get under that hood and identify, and then work to reduce or eliminate the bad habits that are holding you back and keeping you stuck. We'll also identify and amplifying the healthy habits that are working to building your wellness and your best Self. Becoming self-aware is a crucial step in creating positive change. You need to become aware of your personal lifestyle habits, the good, and the not-so-good ones, to make the changes to live your healthiest, happiest life.

📥 In your Week 1 Workbook, you'll find an explanation of the two self-empowering techniques I teach, "habits stacking" and "the sticky formula". Both strategies are exceptionally effective at helping people create lasting change. Read through the how-to, and then complete your fill-in-the-blank Reflection Exercise worksheet and come share your experience in the Members Group. We'll also have further discussions on these methods plus an open Q&A session on our weekly group Zoom call. Look forward to chatting to you then!
