Not gonna lie, Emma. I reckoned this was a bit too basic to work, but girl here we are... down 3.5kg. flatter tummy and I'm actually not missing those 3 colas every avo!! Never thought I'd see the day but, hey I am using the water recipes instead and now on two weeks plus and following along again. It's got me way more focused on my weight loss meals since starting. The water thing just made everything else click into place somehow?? Wild. Love it! šŸ˜šŸ”„šŸ’Ŗ Thanks Em, Dee :)

Emma is is normal to feel extra thirsty on this? I am on day 4 and I just can't seem to quench my thirst. Never had that before. Is this part of detoxing or should I be worried??? Thanks, Marie

Hey Marie, congrats on getting to day 4! šŸ’ŖšŸ¤© Yes, normal. Sometimes your mouth or stomach sensation lags behind actual hydration, so you feel thirsty even if hydrated. Given I know you were on just a litre per day, this change takes time for your body to adjust. I can assure you the sensation is temporary it is just your kidneys are now filtering a lot more water. At first, they may excrete some slowly, so your blood volume and electrolyte balance fluctuate, which can trigger the thirst sensation. Keep going, and always, small sips throughout the day, never chug large amounts all at once. Let me know how you go, or message me if you have concerns. Em xx

Honestly wasn't expecting much from a water challenge but WOW! Lost 4lbs over that week just because I wasn't constantly snacking of cakes and things at the office every afternoon. Turns out when you're properly hydrated you don't need that 3pm brownie just because it's offered! šŸ˜… By day 6 I was actually craving your sugar-free recipes instead of junk food. Mind blown! Thanks ever so much, I'm so glad I did this. Jess
