I'll start us off with one my favourite high protein snacks that it also bursting with vitamin C and dietary fibre... Strawberries & Chia Coconut Cream
For this you will need 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries, 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt or Coyo, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp shredded coconut. Chopped the berries and add to a small bowl or ramekin with the yoghurt. Sprinkle with the chia and coconut, and enjoy! This is also nice as a dessert with a little organic, dark chocolate shavings over top.
